Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected. See above for our returns policy.

If you should change your mind about your purchase, you have 10 working days to return the box and full contents to us. We can only accept complete returns, with all products intact and unopened within the original gift box and mailing box.

Unless the item is faulty, the customer will need to pay for return postage. If the item is faulty, then we will refund any postage costs.
On receipt of a returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment, to the original payee.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
